What vendor makes a 4" DP to fit directly on an 03 turbo - without the need for the elbow. I think i've read about one before but can't remember who. TIA! Craig

I had a Banks brand 4"DP on my old 03. You removed the elbow to install it. It used a gasket to seal to the turbo though which was a pain. My EGTs dropped about 100 degrees immediately when I put it on. Back then I paid a ridiculous $200 for it......

MBRP sells one, that's what mine is... but I agree a stock 04.5 up DP would work just the same.

Then he needs a 04.5 cast elbow also. I believe he is looking to eliminate the elbow.

I built my 4" DP a couple yrs ago and cut a flange out of 3/16" flatstock to mate directly to the turbo and welded it to my 4" pipe. Now I put on an inline Pacbrake and my flange leaks. It was fine before - not enough back pressure to know it wasn't perfectly sealed. I'm trying to find a nice machined turbo flange and change it cuz a stock 325 elbow and DP might not fit up exactly the same down below. I can have a machinist friend make one if I have to - 4" sch 80 blackpipe would be good material to use. I sure miss not having a lathe at work! Craig
