3-RD Gen " Twin Choices "

I Just picked up an 05-Dodge Ram-2500 , Getting ready to order the Goerend Full Billet Transmission, Along with 4' inch Turbo back Silverline Exhaust,
150-Raptor Lift Pump, And a Smarty For Electronics,
My Question Which Twin Turbo Set-up ( BD-700R Twins ) or ( MPI-Twins ) , ( Industrial injection Twins ) Which ones and why? My Truck Is my Daily Driver for Work And for Play, I Do Not Tow , Pull or Carry any heavy Weight.
I probably will Run them with stock CP3 Pump And Stock Injectors for a few Months , And then upgrade to Only Some Mild Injectors 70--80-HP Max
I Really Want good smoke Control and rather have a little Less HP and better smoke control along with Fuel performance.
As for a CP3 Pump system, I always here people say the only way to go is twin stock CP3 pumps, as it is hard to find a reliable Modded Single system.
I am guessing for my Needs I do not need the Highest Rated output Single Modded pumps out there since I am only running 70 -hp injectors and not trying to break any records, just want good performance with reliability. I
Really did not want to deal with sqeezing in and dealing with installing a 2-nd system. Id rather just replace the single I have with a good reliable modded single. I like that the new 700R BD Twins also offer there BD Exhaust Manifold included with the price, And they maintain all the Stock Oil system ,So No Tap And drilling for Oil!
But then again I like what I see about Nathan's twins @ MPI
Decisons Decisions. I am guessing these New BD Twins are a nice step up from there orgional Towing system they first had on the market.

I'd go with the almost the biggest primary you can squeeze in there-- minimum of 80mm inducer, but maybe as big as 88mm.

Any of the many twins kits on the market will perform well enough for what most people want. The more esoteric kits are for those seeking dyno records, track records, or heavy towing all the time.

I say it boils down to who do you want to run. I have the R-700 and love them. I have buddies with MPI and II and they love them. Go for the best $$$$ deal and have fun. I have a buddy with the wicked twisters and he loves them. So its all up to you. I say BD or MPI but if its me, its BD BD BD! I have ran all of there turbos, super b, super b special, Tow twins and now the R-700 and have zero problems, they have performed just as they say (and better) with great customer service and if you post on thier web forum, all ways a response and always reachable by phone. Thats why I run BD Boost!

MPI's stock over S400. With 90HP injectors they spool lightning fast and will still have great EGT's. The best part is the price compared to alot of the others.

i'll tell u what, i have my doubts when new things come up, but i am EXTREMELY impressed w/ Industrial Injections new towing twin setup... without injectors or even a stage I cp3 it put down 632hp... and VERY smooth.. that would be the HTT 62/14 on top (external wastegated) and K31 on bottom (external wastegated)... both being external, making tuning limitless... i have yet to even tune them, im ordering dual cp3's and 120 injectors before i tune, but they work GREAT!!! Nathan at MPI makes VERY VERY good products as well, maybe the best in the business.. i just got a deal i could not pass up with mine... good luck!

If you can get a good $$ on the BD R-700 kit, go for it.

Almost, almost...
For now all I can say is that they are all that and a bag of chips, but at a cost... it is a cost most won't want to pay vs other kits, so it is not for everyone.
