2007 5.9l no start after injector change

I have an 2007 5.9l 24valve Cummins . It was running but skipping and shutting off while driving down the road I took the injectors out and had them tested an injection pump and injector shop. They all tested bad or very weak. So I installed a reman set of injectors and now the truck won't start at all . I was told it was either the CP3 pump on the engine not suppling fuel or the in tank pump . I also replaced the pressure switch on the CP3 pump . Does anyone have any idea what I'm over looking ? Fuel rail system seems not to be building enough pressure. I do know it takes 4000 psi to crank but it's barely getting anything , . I just don't want to throw parts at it . Had code of erratic fuel pressure also .

Did you follow service manual specs when you were installing them? If you have a loose connection from the rail to the injector, you won't build enough pressure to crank, you'll have a leak somewhere.

Who tested them? I don't know of many shops that can test Bosh injectors. Where did you get the reman injectors from?

Start with the cheapest thing first. Check the torque values on the lines.

Do you have a low pressure fuel pressure gauge? Rail pressure gauge?

If you're just throwing parts at it without the proper troubleshooting processes, you're going to be spending a lot of money.

Yes every single thing was put to specs . It was put together by dodge specs. They are reman injectors for a shop in Savannah GA called test masters my grandfather has been dealing with them for over 50 years because we have a diesel shop and work on these same engine in logging equipment but this truck is kicking my butt . Lol . All injector tubes was changed and new orings , and everything was installed .

Cap the pressure relief valve outlet on the rail and try again. A weak, leaky PRV can cause these issues.
