My freinds 05 runs much higher injection pressure than my 06. I think his runs around 27000 my 06 runs 20000. Is this normal or should I be worried. The pressure readings are off our Outlook monitors.

 

Can't say for sure aboutthe outlook, but your readings are at WOT I assume? Mine is near 26.5k so I'd say either yours isn't reading right, or you have something casuing low pressure. Rail relief valve leaking, weak lift pump, weak FCA, weak cp3, clogged filter......it just goes on and on! Need to get some sort of scanner and see what the ecm sees for pressure. Where does the outlook get its reading from? The data link or right at the sensor?

 

Reads from data link. I am running a triple dog with crazy larry and yes it is at wot.

 

No other boxes or anything on the truck? Could be a bad rail pressure sensor or fca.
