11's on my 37's.....

not quite the record others are making but....

had a outstanding time at CompD events in Steele this weekend. It was great to see and meet everyone.

It's been a goal to break into the 11's for a while using a single on fuel. I was beginning to think it wouldn't be able to do it since it is 8900lbs with me in it. That or I had to break something to do it. Not the case so far.

Smaller tires and NOS would have made it too easy. I know I'm not to only one to run low times on big tires but, it was a goal my truck finally achieved. Now I can go from here

I decided to run QD this time around and it was quite a honor to go up against Bruce Block and Jim Layden. I've looked up to those guys for a while now.

In the heat of the day it pulled off a ...

11.99 @ 109mph backed up with a
11.97 @ 112mph

I've always only ran the Smarty for software with a MP-8. The Smarty software had progressively gotten better and better which is a main reason my truck has done what it's done. These runs were done on the latest TNT/R tune stacked with the MP-8

I'd like to thank a few that have help me get here...

Bob Wagner for putting up with me and consistently supplying the software from Marco.

The Jeff Garmon for building me a sweet trans that's held up to right at 48 track passes.

Scheid for helping build a sweet engine. Spent a little time with Dan and Bo in my truck this weekend and it even impressed them.

To all those that have helped with the dumb or not so dumb questions I've had over the last year any a half... you know who you are.... thanks !

Awesome times for your truck! What were your Smarty / MP-8 settings on the runs? Any traction issues?

yes, a single silver bullet
dual CP3's
built from the ground up but, likely not necessary to get where I have in hp though

The runs were done using the TNT/R 5.3

level #9
rpm's - off
shift -off
torque - 4
timing - 3
rail pressure - 2
MP-8 - 100%
