I think im in first place for faulty balljoints at only 4,513 miles on my new 06. I dont think anyone has had problems this early on.

is that a new first? i dont think I would be thrilled about that. Sorry that you are having trouble so early. maybe the name monster scared the ball joints. does the dealer have any reason why something so new would have components worn so badly already?
