04.5 turbo on an 03
 

Is this swap possible? If so, how hard of a swap? What else has to be done? Is it even worth it?

I have one on my 91 so i am sure its possible.

It's worth it and will be a good upgrade for a stock truck. Just need a boost elbow to adjust the waste gate since the 04.5 and up have the waste gate solenoid. Just take that out and plug the hole.

i can give instructions and pix to make a boost elbow with out all of the hassle for $3 as spooler said a good upgrade
