04.5 engine swap to 06

What is involved in swap a 04.5 cummins to a 06 truck. What do I need to exchange with the trucks and both are manuals.

when i had my motor done, it was a motor out of an 06 and i think all they had to change was everything from the top of the head up, so that the electrial connectors would still match other than that it should be the same
