03 ECM defueling

Who has had a 03 ECM that defuels at about 44psi? If you have what did you do to solve the problem?

Mine will defuel hard when trying to do a boosted launch. To fix the overboost defuel I use a Quad boost fooler. To fix the boosted launch defuel I was told between turning off the shift defuel on the Smarty and running a Dr. P box should take care of that. That is what I was told but I have not had a chance to get to the track since the changes I've made. Joe

Boost fooler and the shift defuel. Buddy had the same issue. Smarty will only fool to 44psi, after that a fooler is needed.

I've been offered a boost fooler from a great friend on here Jess sprull. I think I'm going to take him up on his offer to see if it solves my problems.

Thanks Jess

So even though my smarty has a boost fooler I still may need one...say from Quad or somebody like that?

My 04 seems to be getting to 44psi, and I guess this may be a reason why. Never heard of this before though.
