white smoke, skip, and check gauges light on

I've got an interesting one here. 2007 Ram 2500 4X4, auto. I pulled the head sent it off to Scheid to have it O-ringed. They said everything checked out ok. So I install the head and start the truck, white smoke a bad skip, it seems to go away above 1800 RPM's but I think I just cannot "feel" it. It's a full delete truck tuned since 2008 with the Smarty. It has codes, P063c and codes for injector numbers (trim codes). I'm using a Snap-On Solus Edge for troubleshooting. The "check gauges" light comes on after a few minutes, but I think that is part of the P063C code.

I've installed new injectors and crossover tubes, that had no affect on things. new fuel filter also. The really peculiar thing that I am running into is when I go try to do a "cylinder contribution test" my Snap on says the truck is not running, yet it clearly is. I've sent the ECM out to have it checked out, and the computer guy says it's fine. I asked that he verify the injector drivers are good, and he said yes. When I try to install the new injector trim codes, it looks like they are being accepted, but once you hit "ok" and the screeen refreshes a very odd thing happens, example, my code should be BTCGAL, after I input it, upon verification is comes back BTCG!A, very weird, I've never seen anything quite like this before.

Thoughts on this one? and Thank you.
