Turbo Squeal Only With Exh Brake On And Decelerating

Who's had this happen? I've checked clamps, boots, pipes, air to air, turbo shaft good no codes. Builds 54-58lbs boost on accell and anywhere from 44-60lbs on decal depending on what I'm hauling.
Figured the accuator in the turbo was acting up and not opening or closing enough, so with 238000 kms on truck, got new turbo and turbo still squeals on decel with exh brake on.
I have the h&s mini-max, full delete, s&b intake, arp head studs on a 07 6.7L
Thanks for the help

Check all your exhaust connections prior to the turbo including the emmsions stuff you deleted.

Checked block off plates and manifold gaskets, backpressure tube clear, sensor does not look bad, changing just in case. Also going to change booost sensor after exh sensor if needed.

Mine does this a bit, too, is this not normal? What's it supposed to sound like?

Heres an update on the truck. A huge thanks to mega-engr because he was right. Found 3 exh manifold gaskets just starting to leak on firewall side. Could barely see a soot trail coming out with a mirror and light.
So with the total parts I got (turbo. 2 sensors, and manifold gaskets and bolts for a total of $2600) it should have only $150 if I would have taking the time to check things out more.
Thanks again

There should be no squealing, or whistling. It's like a low rumble. Nice to hear that sound again. Look for any black soot trails around any exh connection. Let us know what you find

You're very welcome and glad you found the issue! Good job and hopefully this will help others too. Sometimes learning is expensive, always worth it.
