throw out bearing and cltch
 

I have the truck in my sig a 2009 with only 111K on it ,I don't ride the clutch pedal ( half million miles or more in the cab of a class A ) and most of the time don't use the clutch after rolling .

my question is that the throw out bearing went out ( was squealing when the clutch was used . So long story short I changed replaced the whole assembly Clutch , bearing and pressure plate along with the flywheel .

on breaking everything open I found one bolt missing on the flywheel ( I feel it was left off at the factory) no real wear that I could find on the clutch even though I did get it hot once from backing a 35 foot gooseneck into a very narrow alley at a near imposable angle.

Has anyone else had this Bearing go out or am I just the lucky one?
