Passenger Headlight Bright Will Not Work
Passenger Headlight Bright Will Not Work
I had a headlight bulb go out recently so I replaced both headlight bulbs. Passenger bright side went out so I bought another bulb. After putting it in I discovered the dim side works fine but bright will not come on. The driver side dim/bright work fine. I put a multi meter on the plug and I'm showing power to both poles. Anyone have this happen or ideas what it could be?
It's my pot and I'll stir it if I want to. If you're not careful, I'll stir your's as well!

it will be necessary to use a sharp probe to do this, but check for full voltage right behind the bulb socket. My experience is that sometimes the contacts inside the socket does not make contact with the bulb. If you are careful it may be possible to reach inside the socket and check for voltage on the contact itself.
