p1274 says a/c open circuit,whats the fix for this one, new compressor?

 

The compressor is fine, its a bad/dirty contact in the wiring connectors in the harness, at the ECM, a bad ecm or a bad AC clutch. The AC clutch is user replaceable and available on eBay but you should do the wiring and connector checks before you start replacing parts.

 

thx for the reply xcc, wiring harness wasn't locked together at the compressor,gotta love a free fix thx
