Maintenance Questions

Hi all, I've got a 2007 Ram 3500 SRW 4x4, 6.7L 6sp manual. I've gotten the truck fairly recently and am trying to go through some basic maintenance, and have come up with some questions. Admittedly, these seem a little silly, but I've tried googling and can't seem to figure them out, so any help would be very much appreciated.
1) There is a sticker under the hood, and a note in my owner's manual that the front driveshaft needs to be greased at each oil change, but for the life of me I cannot find a zerk fitting anywhere on the front driveshaft. What gives? Is this an old service note, or is the grease fitting hiding somewhere where I can't find it.

2) I know you're not supposed to have to check the clutch fluid level, but that makes me a little uncomfortable. Is there a general range in the reservoir the fluid should be at so I can be sure there are no small leaks anywhere?
3) My truck has 75,000 miles on it, and the drive/serpentine belt looks ok, but I'm confused about how to check the indicators on the belt tensioner. It's either still completely tight, or at the too loose point, suggesting the belt needs to be replaced. Would anyone be able to take a picture highlighting which indicator is which, or tell me if I'm looking down at the tensioner while standing in front of the truck, is the moving tensioner indicator on the left or the right the one which indicates the tensioner is too loose once it lines up with the stationary indicator? (hopefully that makes sense)

Thank you!!!

Regarding the first question, yes there is a small grease fitting in this joint shown that takes a needle type grease gun fitting to fill. It is a small fitting and could be covered in grease and grime and hard to see let alone access. When my truck was fairly new, and at my first oil change, I had to show the Dodge dealership there was a fitting. They dropped the cross member (if I recall) to access it.
