help hub install question

i replaced the inner hub seal on left rear wheel, what is the proper way to reinstall the hub, it is hard to feel how much play the hub has with how tight the seal is.

22ft lbs while rotating hub, then back it off 30*. It's a good idea to pack the bearings with a little grease to prevent them running dry until the oil can work it's way back in.
