6 speed auto tranny!
Anybody ever have or see this one, haven't driven the truck in a couple of weeks and was not doing this when I parked the thing! Anyway the number 4 is lit up on gear selector to the right of the D, drove the truck down the road and tried to change gears with the manual selector and it will not change. Oh! 2007 3500 6.7 with 6 speed auto.

Update!
Drove my chevy yesterday and got home in the afternoon and thought I would try the 3500 again, well I guess it reset itself or whatever but it seems fine now. Before when you pulled the gear selector down it would go all the way down past D to the 4 that I mentioned and you could not get it to select drive at all, now it will only go to D and stop like it is supposed to do. Really weird!

Your truck must be female, they often do things for no reason !
