White Smoke-A/C or Clutch Fan

I had the truck sitting in the driveway idleing before leaving the house. Probably idled for less than 5 minutes, when I heard something spewing and white smoke starts pouring out from under the hood. I shut the truck off and started looking for the source. I think there is a high pressure blow off valve on the back of the AC compressor and it spewed oil/R134 onto the turbo creating the smoke. From the spray pattern it had to come from the A/C. Drove it this weekend and everything worked fine until I let it set and Idle at gas station while fueling up with the A/C going. As soon as I turned the A/C off it stopped smoking. It is a complete brand new A/C system in June. Condensor/Dryer/Compressor, etc. all new. The condensor looks clean so I don't think it is plugged causing the head pressure. Shouldn't the high pressure switch on the AC shut it off? Do I need a new fan clutch? I have also noticed that the compressor runs even when A/C button is turned off and I have it on vent (No Recirculate). I'm not sure whether this is electrical or as simple as the fan. Truck is an 03 SO, 5 Speed, 4x4, 120K
