I know this is stupid! Where on a 2005 3/4 are the fuel filters and such?

 

driver's side of the engine, gray canister with a black lid and a yellow drain lever on it. lid screws off with a 1 1/8" wrench.

 

put a bucket under the clear hose, and open the yellow lever, that releases the excess fluid. just cycle key a few times to refill before crank.
sneak a walmart bag in there if you don't want any drops, won't be enough in it to worry about, really

use a gallon zip loc around the oil filter when you take it off to catch the oil.
