Sorry but you are wrong. I have greased hundreds of these units, units that used to break down in 3000 to 8000 miles in muddy, wet, sandy environments. We now get over 100,000 miles out of these hubs and usually get rid of the truck at that time. Before we would go thru 6 to 8 sets of hubs in that same mileage frame. Now take 500 trucks @ say 6 sets to go 100,000 miles @ 300 bucks a piece....thats 1.8 million bucks to go that mileage for their fleet. Some of the trucks have 100k in a year and run 24 hours a day. Any large mining company would be extremely happy to save those kinds of dollars.
