I ordered a APP from TIMBO ,it is alot cheaper than Dodge (160 vs 500). It will be here on Friday now. I did measure the voltage on mine yesterday , it is rated at .065 volts ,mine read .061 but it was spiking from .063 - .069 when I first checked it. I will let you know when I get it changed Friday. Doesnt look like this is my problem but it is worth a try.
