just wondering if anyone could tell me what these codes are? 2509 & 0837
I have never seen these come up before and i'm a little curious?
also i have kind of a rough idle when it advances to the hi idle not sure if the codes are related to the idle problem?............ortherwise 151,250 trouble free miles.
thank you!!!!

p2509 powerdowndata lost error/ PCM
p0837 is a 4wd engage/ transfer case

I gathered from googling these two codes, the transfer case switch does report to the PCM (sends voltage).

Being that I have no idea, I"m taking a wild stab here to see if we can get you going in some general direction. First make sure your batteries are in good shape. Weak batteries cause odd electrical gremlins. Next I'd look at testing/replacing the Tcase switch.
