Hacksaw

I have a very distinct shudder or chatter when taking off in second gear, feels like the engine might even be stumbling. I have a friend that has one also, that feels the same way. Anyone else noticed this? This is a HO 6 speed, 373 rear, quad cab DRW 4X4. Other than this problem, I really like this new truck. It really is pretty annoying.

I have had it from time to time - it is like a clutch shudder, and seems to come up when I try to accelerate whil releasing the clutch. If I let the clutch out without the accelerator it moves out smoothly. [undecided]

You really don`t need to use the accel. to launch the truck.
if you accel. on take off you will glaze the clutch and flywheel . This will cause the shudder you are feeling. :'(
