I know the feeling. You have to tell them in detail what you want and how to do it. That is what is so great about this forum; you can chat with intelligent people and get the information you need.

The dealer needs to hook the StarSCAN up to the truck to set the features I had enabled. There is a menu that has the selections for enabling the accessory delay. I can't recall the title. The mechanic asked me how long I wanted the delay, 45 seconds, 5 minutes, or I think 10 minutes.

...or 30 minutes or even 60 minutes. I believe all this is under the "Vehicle Preparation" menu.

I wish it coul dbe set for 30-60 minutes. Anyway 10 minutes is all it can be set for. I had asked for 15 minutes and was told 10 minutes was the longest.

Hmm, according to Bully Dog they can get you as much as 60 minutes. Not sure who's right, or if Bully Dog can get you 60 mins. while the dealer can only get you 10. Anyone know?

On the bully dog you can set your accessory delay to 60 minutes. That is what mine is set at. You can go as low as 5 seconds and as high as 60 minutes.

BD can get 50 minutes more time then the dealer? So the big Q is why they can and the dealer can not.

This is interesting.
When I first got my truck I mentioned on here it sure would be nice to have the power delay, I was told it was not possible.
Now I learn it's a feature hidden in the programming, and we gotta PAY for it?? That's BS!

The power delay is preset at 10 minutes from the factory - this information is right from the manual. If you want anything different, then you gotta get someone to set it up for you.

Not on my truck, everything turns off with the key, will check the owners manual tomorrow though...

Mine didn't have it either. Had to do it myself with the Bully Dog. I set mine to 60 minutes.

I still don't know how BD can set it to 60 minutes when the Dodge tool can only set it to 10 minutes max.

Are all of these features available on a 03? Or is this a late model only?
