turning od off on 05

Someone posted recently about an aftermarket switch that could turn off the od on an 05. Does anyone know where to get one, and if it works?

No, its a overdrive lockout. You cant lockout 4th gear on the 05s like older models. the 05 has tow haul feature but no permanent 4th gear lockout. The 06s have tow haul AND 4th gear lockout.

I understand, but on the BD Diesel website, which product would I be looking at?

I'm moving this back to the top to report that I emailed BD performance and they were kind enough to send the installation instructions and let me know that the item is $225 and should be available any day now. They are accepting orders. The process looks pretty straightforward. Looks to be a couple hours worth of work. You use the existing tow/haul button and install an indicator light to let you know which mode you're in. My next step is to decide if I want it $225 worth.
