Hello All, as you can see this is a Fummins. The engine came out of a 6spd truck and is now bolted to a 4R100 tranny. Here’s the issue. If I rapidly floor the truck it goes into limp mode for about 20 seconds. Then it will return to normal. I’ve unplugged the batteries and reset the APPS several times and nothing changes. Any suggestions will ILE be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Oops! I thought I put all that in my signature earlier today. This is a Fummins. 2001 F250 with a 2003 CR Cummins. The original truck was a 6spd truck with the APPS under the batteries.
