Tranny question

I searched till I couldn't read anymore so I will just post the same old stuff.

My truck since new is a pig when I start up from a stop with any trailer including my car hauler empty. Once going down the highway more power than I need including my 32' toyhauler. It also has the hunt between 1st and 2nd or 2nd to 3rd, I am confused on which one.

Before my 35000 miles came up I took it to the dealer and he flashed the tranny, I told him there was a tsb for the hunt and he said he fixed it. Of course it didn't and now I am at 45,000 miles and when I asked him about fixing it he said there was a $100 deductible.

I have read a bunch about this and want to again ask if I have to pay the $100 and if not how I argue that?

Also I think I am starting off in 2nd or 3rd, I try to count and I can only get 3 shifts and one shift is so quick its hard to tell if it really is a shift.

Is the hunting shift and starting off in 2nd or 3rd one fix?

Any input is appreciated.

I have a 2006,3500 -35,000 miles, exact same thing plus a shuddder off the start! Dealer said shudder was normal with a 2 piece driveshaft??? As fo the 1-2 or 2-3 shift hunt we still have to deal with that. If you hear or anyone can help, it sure would be appreciated. Thanks Dave
