ive got 62000 miles and ive never changed the fluid in the transmission what fluid do yall recomend. how do i do it. and what fluid for the front and rear diff

 

My owner's manual says that changing fluid in 6 speed is not normally necessary.
I use 75W140 synthetic (last time Mobil 1) in diffs. Book says to change every 15k miles - did my last after about 35k -
Just had all U joints changed - felt like my rear brakes were grabbing.
******* tech said rear diff fluid was probably worn out. I told him I changed it two weeks ago.
I have 64k miles on mine now.
