* Replaced lift pump at 129,461 miles. (Carter from Geno's)
* Replaced injector pump at 146,800 miles
Everything has been good after each repair.

My 2004.5 truck now has 160,550 miles.
Last week I went to fill up for a planned trip. Truck started ok, ran rough for a few seconds, but cleared up. Ran good to the station & back.

Today truck took a couple of tries to crank. Before I got out of town on my trip, the truck stalled twice while idling in traffic and the engine light came on. But it started right back up. Came home without further issues after about a 12 mile round trip and found 3 codes: P0191, P0148 & P0193.

Only mod is a mild Quadzilla chip (75HP/125 TQ or something like that), which has been on the truck since about 2005 or 2006.

Does the code combo suggest the lift pump acting up again or are there other possibilities?

Main filter was changed less than 3,000 miles ago. I don't recall if or when I may have changed out the inline pre-filter that came with the changed lift pump. But I just blew it out and there was nothing but clean fuel.
