I have had my 3805 installed on tow/performance for 4 days now approx 450 miles. I use my truck mainly for towing my bobcat, aprox 10,000 pounds. Power increase is good not noticing much smoke. My question is I have yet to install a pyro guage what kind of temps should I expect out of this mod ?

I would be careful on the throttle until I got gauges. After you install a good EGT guage you will be suprised how fast & hot things get. Superchip will tell you that you can tow up to max wt in tow/haul mode. I doubt however that they would replace a fried turbo or motor. Just my 2 cents.

 

I can get mine hot, way hotter than it should be with tow mode, not towing anything, but running 37's. above 45mph i would not stand on it for to long. Get some gauges
