Speedo correction

Hi all, anyone know how to convert speedo numbers for tire size? All the charts Ive found dont account for OD, just 1:1 I believe. I can figure my speeds for 5th gear, but that doesnt do me much good. Thanks in advance!

the dealer can adjust it if you know the revolutions per mile of your tires
