Seat covers

I have the Thunder Road package and I noticed the drivers seat is already wearing a hole where I get in and out. Dodge may have a monster under the hood but they really dropped the ball on the interior quality. Can anyone recommend a good set of after markey seat covers ?

Wet okole's custom made to order. Pricey, but nice. Another is the Cover Kings from Costco. Both are neoprene, both are fairly expensive (wet Okole's about $500 for front and backs, CoverKings about $400 for front and backs).

I have a set (actually two sets) of wet okoles in different vehicles. They have held up nicley. The ones in the truck need to be replaced but they have seen well I would have to say abuse. Cant imagine what the stock seat fabric would look like if I hadnt had them in(which by the way the stock fabric still looks brand new underneather there). They have been in there for over 200k. The set in my wifes 4 runner still look brand new and they are 4 or 5 years old and havent seen any abuse.

I also have a set of coverkings in my little honda fit. They have only been in about year. I think the okoles are a bit better but the coverkings were a bit cheaper too. If you go with coverking make sure and check out costco pricing on them they were far and away the best price and I dont think you need to be a member for online ordering. Time will tell if they hold up as well as the okoles.

Try Marathon seat covers. They are custom made, fit excellent, and come in several camo patterns if you like. If not camo, they come in the usual colors as well. I love mine.

I'll cast a second vote for Marathons. I love mine Super Hides and the customer service I received from Marathon was second to none. I could not decide on exactly what camo pattern would best match the gray interior of my truck, so Marathon mailed me sample pieces, which made the choice very easy. There's a pic in my gallery if you're interested.

Also, there are several threads on this subject, do a search and you can find more opinions. Good Luck.

I too have had the Marathon Super Hide in another vehicle and the fit and finish was excellent. When I do it again, I believe I will go with the neoprene
Cover King's for a softer cover. Good luck.

We have Marathons in a toyota & Wet Okoles in the Dodge. Both are excellent covers. Both are pricey ,but I believe they are worth it. One thing about the Wet Okoles is they have a 1/2 inch of padding sewn on the neoprene so it adds some cushion to the terrible seats in the 06 & up trucks.

I slid a piece of 1/2" padding between the seat and the Marathon cover...works like a champ!

I just put a set of cabelas "trail gear" seat covers on mine. These are the higher end cabelas brand but they were on sale for 20 $. They match the interior pretty well and were easy to put on. Give them a look.
