Rough idle or knocking sound??
when my truck gets to a warm temp. when iam settin at a redlight idleing or just setting still, it has a rough idle or a knock to it, now if i put it in neutral or in park, it settles off to normal, its kinda like more spaced out normal running sounds.. what do u think it could be?

Had the same problem last week only did it when it was at full running temp in gear at a stop. Sounded like a crank shaft bearing nock! I'll beat it is from bad fuel. I ran the tank low went to a different station put 1 qrt of the gray power service in and filled it, went home and changed the fuel filter only had 4k on filter. This is the second time this has happened of the past six months for me. By the way I use power service in every tank and have always done so. Good luck!!

see, i kinda wondered the same thing about bad fuel, cause i had filled up the night before, and just drove home which is 7 miles. then i put 1/2 qt of PS grey bottle in it. it still has 3/4 tank of that gas in it, and it still does it, u think i oughta put the rest of the bottle of PS in it, or wait until this tank is empty??? thanks
