Rear axle shudder
I assume this is normal with anti spin rear ends but I wanted to ask to be sure.

When I make sharp turns on dry payment the rear axle shudders as I go around the corner. I assume this is because the anti spin has both wheels locks and there would be binding as you make abrupt turns.

Is this condition normal or is something that should be taken in for service on?????

Re:Rear axle shudder
I think hop could be an equally descriptive term. I will wait to see what other say.

Again, it only happens on tight turns and I forgot to mention that it is with brisk acceleration but not enough to spin tires.

Sounds like normal limited slip differential behavior to me.

Sounds normal to me too. I removed the AS part in my sig block a few months ago. I feel it sometimes too, but not every time.
