Questions for those with a jake and upgraded trans

well i think my tranny is fixing to be in dire need for some upgrades at 22k but i guess its good to get it out of the way sooner rather than later. my plan is to have a TC, VB, Input, FP installed. tc/vb,input will be DTT and maybe a ats FP..still not 100% sure.

how will my jake work with the new parts installed in the tranny. i really like having the jake and would like to keep it working 100%. so for everyone that has been in this position, what kind of advice do you have for me?

thanks

Brett. I would look into suncoast before ats and I beleive they make a controller that helps the tranny stay locked up for the jake's.. I just read it somewhere I 'll do some looking..

will do. does the copilot work for other tc's though. i would really like to stay away from ats' internal tranny parts if at all possible. i am 5 mins from relentless diesel and chris is a DTT installer so thats the main reason i want to go with them

Input: I don't see why the Jake wouldn't work on a stock tranny with the upgrades you listed.

IIRC i was reading on DTT's website and they were saying there would be a problem and it would cause excessive wear to the TC. thats why i was asking. i just got this off the website, looks like the problems been fixed

http://www.dieseltrans.com/dodge/exhaust_brake.htm

and chris is to close not to use!!
