P0148 and fuel in engine oil

A week ago I got the same code when I was low on fuel I filled the tank and changed the fuel filter, cleared the code and it was fine till this morning .I was not heavily loaded but was pullin a steep grade and I started smelling fuel in the cab.CEL came on and P0148 again this time it will not stay cleared I looked around for leaking fuel found none ,checked the oil and found it overfull and smells like diesel. Injectors? Injector tubes? I still am covered under the Cummins warranty but I am kinda leery about bringing it to Obama motors for repair? I would appreciate anybodies input on this, Thanks

Sounds like you've lost an injector or more than one.... DON'T drive it like that. Get it checked out asap. Get it to the dealership as they're the only ones who'll honor the warranty. It's Dodge's warranty that covers the Cummins.

Fuel in your oil will kill your bearings AND you can also burn a hole thru a piston or two AND you can wipe out a cylinder or two. Can get VERY expensive very quickly. If it were me, I'd call a tow truck. Just my honest opinion.

Took your advice Trik, dealer installed 6 new injectors and a oil separator{crankcase breather} oil and filter no questions asked-I guess the dealers left open are trying to keep custmers happy.
