I ordered the vent kit for my fuel tank. What else should I do while I have the tank out?

Polish up the under-carriage!!!!!

I've had my kit sitting in the garage for a couple months now. I tried to run the truck to almost empty but the fuel filter clogged up and I had to fill up. Now I'm scared to run it that low again but I need to get it done and clean out the tank when it's out.....

Do a search for the two fuel line vents on the top of the tank (tank vents), there is a couple of ideas out there to fix DCX's issue that they won't admit to selling us. Mine have been plugged since I did the vent mod last year... but now I'm re-thinking about adding the little universal fuel filter or two. Probably will when I add my Walbro Fuel system here shortly.

That will be added to the list. I hope to do gauges, a TST, FASS, all vent issues and a BD short shifter over the next week.

Should be like driving a new truck.

I say your right Nascar. I figured why change out a perfectly good clutch, I need to at least have the opprotunity to fry it.
