Hmmm. Thanks for the info. I have worked on the marine QSB/C/L engines since they came out, & they all read actual oil pressure, & they also monitor oil temp too. I assumed the ISB's would have the same porgraming.

ISB's do in every application other than Ram.

That realy sux! The guy who thought that up should be tared, & featherd. What a stupid idea. What, they needed to save $0.35 on bulk sending units? Oh well. I guess I need to figure out where to put another guage in my truck now.

You can thank your fellow consumer for that one. Too many oil pressure complaints becuase the gauge moved a lot.. Well guess what it's a diesel, 20 at idle and 60 while driving is normal.

Dodge go tired of warranty claims for bad motors, oil pump, gauges, etc... just removed it.

I have an 07 5.9 and an electrical oil pressure gauge since truck was new. Idiot gauge always reads 40+- always aroung 40. Real gauge reads close to 75 cold, hot idle will drop to around 15. No problems
