Oil leak, appears to be from the breather

I found a few drips of oil on the floor in the garage. This is the first my truck has dripped ever. From the placement of the drops to where I park the truck it appears to be from the breather. I checked my oil level and it is fine and I don't know if I should be concerned or not.
What do y'all think???

Have you been running the snot out of it lately? My truck drips when I come back from the dragstrip or when I tow something heavy. Make sure your engine oil is not rising from fuel and you should be ok.

It may have been from running it hard. I checked my oil level and all was well. No fuel in the oil. I expect it was just from working it.

What I am referring to is the vent at the bottom of the engine on the drivers side. It looks like a rubber hose that points towards the ground.

That is the breather, normal for it to drip a few drops. Diesels to not have a closed crankcase system like modern day gassers.
