Noise when cold

I bought my 07 5.9 in winter and when I would get going, the engine would falter and I would hear what sounded like the intake heater relay chattering. I took it to dealer and it wouldn't do it. I called a dealer in another city and he said they were aware of it and it was normal and I said normal???? He said I know I know, but there is nothing we can do for you. Well here we are again, and it's doing it again. After cranking, warming for say 5 minutes, I take off and under normal to slow pedal, it falters and I hear it. Being an A/C tech and hearing relays chatter, that's what it sounds like. I've been off the forum for awhile and need to know if a bulliten or something has been done. i know I can't be the only one hearing this because the other dealer said a lot of em were doin it. I'm almost out of warranty and I want to take it in. Also my left mirror won't adjust proper when extended out for towing. My steering wheel level adjuster got stuck in the up position and the adjuster handle now has broken. My A/C fan when it was hot outside, started making a noise like someone put a cloth or something over the intake, then it stops making the noise, PHEW man that's a lot of small things, but they add up, any info on any of this would be very helpful, thanks in advance,Randy
