Need Help

I have a 2005 Ram with the 5.9L and about 150k miles. Auto tranny.
This afternoon as I was pulling onto the freeway after filling my tank, I had a lack of acceleration. On the freeway, I could only go about 55 mph. RPMs maxed out at about 1500 and if I tried to accelerate, the little bit of power I had seemed to die. I managed to limp back home.
My guess is a bad turbo, but I had the turbo replaced about 50k ago. Any ideas or help would be most appreciated. Possibly a problem with the fuel system?

Were there any codes present when you checked?
