One thing to remember is that your temp gauge only shows what the computer thinks it should read, so what it shows is not an acute temp reading.

I saw about 205 pulling about 10K through the Yukon. Temp outside was in the 50-60s, I think your truck temps are normal.

I believe the factory rad IS aluminum.
I don't think you have anything to worry about. Factory gauges have been known to be off by a small %.
Last summer pulling in 97* temps on flat road 70 mph, a/c on and 8k car hauler, my temp was 205-210.
If I hammer the pedal just playin around the gauge will go to 205-210 for about 15 seconds and then drop to 190.
I think your truck is normal.

Those temps are completely normal for these trucks. Mine has done the same thing since day one, and is stock. The temp gauges on your ford and my old fords never moved because they were glorified idiot lights. The computer generated their output. Our oil pressure gauge is that way on these trucks, but I believe the temp gauge is actually pretty close to real. The only concern I would have is running EGT's at 1400 for more than a few seconds. I don't ever tow with added power.
