My back-up lights are not working, I need a manual!
I knew I needed to buy the manual. Maybe this is a good reason to get one..... Anyway, please help if you know the answer or can quote the manual with where it is and how to check it.
I checked the fuse, that was fine. Where is the back-up switch and how do I check it? Has anyone else had this problem? I have the 6 speed 03 quad cab dually. I don't have power locks or seats or windows, should be easy to find the wiring for the switch. Thanks in advance!! This is a great forum/website! Monte |
backup light sw
I have read where a few people have had problems.
I understand the switch is located at the top rear passenger side of the transmission. I'll see what I can find in my CD manual |
Yeah if you're out of warranty go to the dealer and buy one approximately 60 dollars and 5 minutes of your time. I think it takes a 7/8 wrench. I can't find the part number right now.
edit: Here's the part number 56007270. |
The Hemi Truck Club has the 2003 and 2004 manuals on their website. Here is the link for the 2003 manual:
