Sorry, but they didn't say. It turned out that there was 1 to many of one part and one part was missing. I'm going to be talking to them later this morning and will see if I can get any more info.

PS
They are still waiting for the new kit to arrive.

Re:My 03 exhaust brake has arrived!!!

I got my exhaust brake ( Jacobs) last Friday and I installed it over the weekend. It is a good kit and it went smooth considering that my garage is about 18" longer than my truck but an least it was heated and it has been cold here.(Below zero F.) I have always had a problem and I thought it was the nature of the beast that when you took your foot off of the accelerator the engine did not quit accelerating for a half a second or so and since I had the Throttle position sensor of to install the vacuum pump this has not happened. I think that it was either hanging up in the cable or the tps was to tight. They tell you to tighten it to 35 ft. lbs and mine was a lot tighter that that from the factory. It sure is a lot nicer to drive on Icy roads now that this is fixed.
Jim O

JimO - is your TPS mounted to the engine? If so - what exactly did you take off and re-torque? Mine is mounted to the engine and gets the "run on" feel you describe in some situations.

Thanks

Mathew
