low on boost and a whack of codes

noticed my egts were high and boost was low after installing new injectors. figured it was something relating to the install since i had the intake horn off, boost bolt for gauge and MAP sensor out so i pressure tested the system. made a boot that goes on the turbo and barred the engine over to close all the valves and put 30psi in the system. found a small leak on boost bolt for gauge and pass. side intercool hose clamp was loose. pretty confident there are no boost leaks. i still can't make over 20psi boost, before if i floored it boost would easily go to 32psi then wastegate would open and it would settle to 27-28. now it fluters around 20psi and wont go any high also seems slower to spool. could the waste gate be stuck open? any way to check it?

then i looked for codes and found:
P0237- map sensor voltage low
P0113- Intake air temp sensor voltage high
P0193 Fuel pressure sensor voltage too high

so could the map sensor code be related to the boost problem?
i checked all connections to map sensor and rail pressure sensor they are all on correctly and used diaelectric grease. don't see and problems with wires to sensors. any ideas?

thanks!

so i went over everything again this morning and didn't come up w anything. turbo has no in and out play and minimal deflection side to side or up and down no real play and no signs of blades hitting housing and it spins easy. i know the wastegate is controlled electrically but i see what looks like a vacuum pump that actuates the wastegate? maybe the map sensor is bad and its telling computer to open the wastegate when it shouldn't be?

guess i'll just talking to myself here but after researching all day on this and some other forums i came across something interesting. so it takes fuel to make boost and i found threads talking about how the ECU can forget the fuel mapping if batteries are left disconnected too long. well i had mine disconnected for a couple weeks while it was down for injector swap and it almost seems like its de-fueling on me. ideas anyone?

Those codes will cause a defuel condition and loss of power. Check all the connections and make sure oyur batteries are FULLY charged. These do not like a low battery, many weird problems ensue.

if it is a late 05 the problem is a chafed wire. it will be by the a/c compressor. there is about 3 inches of wire not in a loom. just tape and add loom. this is a common problem

ok new batteries and the codes are still there. let it sit overnight w/ batteries unhooked to try and clear codes but it didn't work or preoblem is still there. if the problem is gone will the codes go away after a few cycles of the key?
