Jeep dealer takes care of my truck.

Back in March, I had taken my truck to my Jeep dealer to enable my high-idle that I can control. I was having trouble with the two Dodge dealers, one of which was a Five-Star; neither knew what I was talking about or cared to figure it out. Since I had been dealing with my Jeep daler's service and parts for so long... what the hell. The had it done in less than five minutes and didn't charge me. Turns out, one of the techs had worked for a Dodge dealer and on the Cummins engines until about 2002 before moving to Jeep.

Today, they sent me a dealer coupon for an oil change... for the truck! It says Diesel Truck- $36.95, and includes up to 13 qts oil.

Not too bad, ehh?

Too bad I just changed my oil and filter, and fuel and air filters two weeks ago.

I am with you on that. As long as they can do it and get the parts, I think I would stick with them. I wish I could get the same service from the dealership that I bought 2 new trucks from in a 6 month span to give me that kind of service. They seem like they could care less anytime I take either truck in. And they are a 5 Star Dealer. I am beginning to think that it only means their noses are in the air and don't care.
