Intake air heater code

I keep having my 07 3500 with a 5.9 throw the intake air heater code usually with a low voltage detected code stored. The heater is new and yet I still get the code constantly. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you

What is the condition of your batteries and cables in your 10 year old truck? What part of the world are you in?

Batteries were tested and ok. And as far as I can tell the cables and everything look ok. And i live in Oregon in the valley. Just moved from the coast

or a failed relay. It's just below the passenger side battery.
