Scan Tool Instructions for Dealer to Enable High Idle?

Is there some step by step instructions to take to the dealer for them to enable high idle?

The scan tool portion is what I am looking for, not the grounding of the pin or the clutch switch.

Too many horror stories about dealer not being able to do it, saying it can't be done, etc. Thought if there were some instructions to take to dealer it would save me and others some aggravation.

Thanks in Advance,

Look at this link. If you need it again it's in the articles tab at the top of the page.

You won't see it as an option, it's enabled as part of the standard programing.

Thanks. I am not seeing on your link what I am looking for. I want to take the dealer instructions for whatever they need to do with their scan tool to enable it. I will have already done the clutch switch or the pin to ground that has been discussed ad nauseam.

I just like being prepared so I don't have to find another dealer like a lot of guys have had to.

Thanks,

It's the correct one but our link doesn't have the entire text of the TSB included. Google the TSB number on the link I provided and you'll find what you're looking for.

That TSB is for an earlier model year than mine, but I suppose it will be substantially the same.

Thanks
