injector longevity
Do you change the oil after 500 miles with each injector replacement?
(They change the oil due to fuel in it, then 500 miles later they make me pay for it to be changed...Make = Recommend so warranty doesn't have to cover it, but protects them if something goes awry)

Avoiding water is the key. Water kills these things. I have seen a tank of watery fuel kill all 6 injectors in under 50 miles!!
The resin in the filter media is what removes the water from the fuel, but if the fuel is traveling too fast through the media, the effectiveness is less.
Of course low micron filtration is good as well, but secondary from what I see here.

Shouldn't the senor tell us of this problem? Don't doubt you one bit or did dodge or cummins not do thier homework again and not put in a sensor that is sensitive enough to see it before it causes problems? I also hear a good lubricating aditive will help as well.
