Help me diagnose my surging issue

Looking for some help. Last few months I have noticed the truck surging a little at a constant highway speed. With the trailer it is more noticeable. Almost feels like the power is down at times also and mileage is down. Got less than 3 mpg pulling a three place snow trailer. Any idea what it might be? Not sure if my signature shows up but I'm running an iQuad, Goerand trans, has 215k milesHelp me diagnose my surging issue-imageuploadedbytapatalk1360987733.693730.jpg

I would individually load test your batteries. Had the same thing happen on my 05. Two new batteries and straightened out my surge at idle and at highway speeds. If the batteries test ok, Check FCA
